Shipping and Wholesale

Currency

All items are priced in pounds sterling (£). We can accept payment in different currencies through PayPal. Please Email for more details. We can also accept cheques made payable to Jenny Hill, but will wait for the cheque to clear before shipping goods.

Packaging

We used 100% recycled black boxes to package our jewellery, gold organza bags for pellet and cone incense and either amber or blue glass jars and bottles for loose incense and perfumed oils.

Shipping; UK

All items will be shipped by Royal Mail recorded delivery for £4.
Please allow fourteen days for delivery, although we aim to deliver items within one week.

Shipping; Outside UK

All international items will be shipped by Royal Mail Air Mail Recorded Delivery (Airsure) or International Signed For. There will be an extra charge dependent on the weight of the item and the territory to which it has to be posted. On receipt of an order we will send an email confirming the charge and send an invoice via paypal. The average extra charge for postage to the USA and Australia is £5, while postage to Europe will generally incur an extra charge of £4. Items cannot be shipped until the extra charge has been paid.

Please allow twenty-one days for delivery, although we aim to deliver items within one week.
